Project Description

A FMCG industry dealing in manufacturing and exporting of fragrance and essential oils desired a new office for their growing company.

Site provided was a 40 year old structure with many small rooms required to fit 3 MD rooms, staff accommodating GM and VP’s along with regular staff with workstations.

Resulting space is a homogeneous arrangement of all necessities under one roof complete with latest state of the art Conferencing, complete monitoring of manufacturing from offices, data and knowledge sharing among staff, proper display of products for clients, intimate working space for senior management, refreshing natural light and ventilation in a picturesque setting and soothing sound of cascading water.
